This course is located on one of the three stretches of sand dunes at the head of picturesque Dingle Bay.
The word 'Dooks' is in fact derived from the Irish for sand-bank 'dumhac'.
This area is one of the most beautiful and tranquil regions of the Ring of Kerry.
The course is a reasonably demanding traditional style course.
